4x4 Bedroom Duplexes
This complex contains four two story duplexes. Each duplex incorporates four bedrooms, four lockup garages and open plan living and dining areas. Each kitchen has a servery opening onto a rear facing deck. All built to the strictest of quality standards as required by government contracted construction works.

Recently completed in mid 2009, this house was designed specifically to meet with our clients requirements. A low set timber frame dwelling with detached carport. Wall frames are made using sustainable materials. This house was designed with cross ventilation making full use of louvres for natural air flow.
Completed in 2008, this energy efficient custom built home was designed using quality low maintenance materials, resistant to the tropical climate. Built on a sloping block, and designed for viewing aspects surrounding the home, were an integral part the client’s requirement.
Completed in 2009 this unique Tropical design and energy efficient house was built for clients using a variety of sustainable materials. Using Solar Voltaire power feeding back into a grid system, makes this house completely self sufficient. With limited site storage space the use of rain water tanks have been placed underneath the concrete slab of carport.
